A New York City Police Dept. officer shot and killed 44-year-old Lucien Colon during a parole warrant arrest in the Bronx. Colon, a convicted murderer and rapist, had a history of criminal violence, including a murder conviction from 2013, a rape conviction from 1997, and an attempted murder arrest in 1995.
