Juan Reyes, a 27-year-old immigrant from Mexico, was arrested for driving without a license following a traffic stop in Decatur, Georgia. The arrest alerted immigration authorities that he lacked legal status to be in the country. He is now being held at the Stewart Detention Center in South Georgia.
