Pepsi and Diageo have withdrawn their sponsorship of the 2026 Wireless Festival in the UK after Kanye West was announced as the headliner for the three-day event. The rapper, known as Ye, has faced backlash over his repeated antisemitic and offensive remarks. Pepsi was the main sponsor of the festival, but DiageO, which owns brands such as Guinness, Baileys, Smirnoff, Ciroc and Wireless partners Captain Morgan and Johnnie Walker, has also withdrawn its support for the festival. The decision to host West sparked controversy among festival organizers and UK Prime Minister Keir Starmer, who have called for him to be banned from entering the UK. The withdrawal comes amid concerns about increasing antisemitism in Britain.
