The Combating Organized Retail Crime Act (CORCA), introduced by U.S. Rep. Dave Joyce of Ohio, aims to establish a stronger federal framework to track, investigate, and dismantle the criminal networks behind cargo theft. The bill aims to ensure a secure supply chain for manufacturers, retailers, and farmers, protecting jobs that depend on reliable freight movement.
