Man, 59, dies after fire breaks out at Burntisland flats

A man, 59, has died following a fire at a block of flats in Fife, Scotland. The incident occurred at around 5.30am. The Scottish Fire and Rescue Service is investigating the cause. Police, ambulances and firefighters were called to the scene.
