Carlos Correa reveals harrowing moment when he and his son nearly drowned

Carlos Correa, a veteran infield star for the Houston Astros, has revealed that he nearly drowned in Lake Minnetonka while in Minnesota last summer while without a life jacket and with his 3-year-old son, Kylo, on his neck. The pair were caught between their boat and the shore of the lake. Correa's father-in-law saved him with a life vest, and Correa vowed to serve God forever. He took further steps in his faith by organizing a Bible study at his Houston home and telling his story at a retirement home in hopes of inspiring others.
