The Milwaukee Police Department is seeking the public's assistance in locating missing 11-year-old Kylah A. Allen. She was last seen near 3700 North 12th St. on Sunday around 12:15 p.m. She is described as 5 feet, 5 inches tall, with a medium build, brown eyes, and hair extensions. Anyone with information is urged to contact the Milwaukee Police Fifth District at 414-935-7252.
