Mountain Home schools to destroy outdated special education, 504 records

Mountain Home Public Schools will begin destroying outdated special education and 504 records prior to June 2020. The records are maintained for six years after a student's death or move, in accordance with state and federal guidelines. Individuals 18 years or older who received special education or 504 services can request these records. If not requested, the records will be destroyed by July 1.
