Zachary Freeman, the 39-year-old driver of the vehicle, was arrested following a single-vehicle crash in the Town of Philipstown, New York. The incident occurred at 5:30am and resulted in no injuries to the two occupants. Freeman was charged with felony reckless endangerment, aggravated driving while intoxicated, and was also cited for an unsafe lane change.
