A Winter Storm Warning is in effect across SE Wisconsin, bringing rain, sleet and heavy snow to the area. Despite some rain and sleet expected to fall, the weather is expected to remain dry until late tonight. The National Weather Service has issued WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY, WINTER STORM WARNINGS in effect for several areas across the region, including areas of IOWA, MINNESOTA, NORTHERN WISCONSIN, where some areas could potentially see over two, possibly three feet of SNOWFALL by the time of the storm. The weather for the rest of the day will be monitored by a low-angle of low-pressure air over low-level weather conditions.
