A woman who has been married to her husband for nearly 50 years has been unable to satisfy his desire for sex for 20 years, despite having a hysterectomy 20 years ago. Her husband, however, still has a need for it, and she is not interested in using medication to enhance her. This is a major issue for her and her husband. If they can agree on an arrangement that benefits both them, it would be less disruptive than a divorce.
