The new leader of the Stratford 9-1-1 Dispatch Center has been named by Michael L.
. He has been responsible for coordinating all 9-0-1 calls and responses for Police, EMS, and Fire Department services since 2011. L. Additionally, he has attended the National Emergency Management Basic Academy and Advanced Academy, and has participated in numerous FEMA classes.
