Suspect in Tesla arson case no longer facing state-level charges

State prosecutors have decided not to pursue charges against Paul Hyon Kim, the man who pleaded guilty to attacking a Tesla service center in Las Vegas last year. He is facing multiple charges related to arson, possession of an explosive/fire device, and firing a gun at a car or building related to the incident. According to court records, Kim used Molotov cocktails to set cars on fire and spray-painted the word "RESIST" on the entrance of the service center.
