U.S. District Judge Anthony Trenga in Alexandria, Virginia, has ruled that the defendants violated antitrust law by agreeing to reduce prices to advertise vacancies in multifamily buildings in 2025. The companies argued that their agreement promotes competition and allows them to compete more effectively for property managers' advertising dollars.
