Bryce Hopkins, a former top player at Providence and All-Big East player, has been performing well in St. John's recent performances. The Red Storm's offense has been improving, with increased 3-pointers and shared the ball. Hopkins has scored in double figures in five consecutive games, averaging 13.8 points on 60 percent shooting. He is also making multiple triples in consecutive games. Coach Rick Pitino credits Hopkins' confidence and ability to play well on the offensive end. The team is set to face No. 4 Kansas in the second round of the NCAA Tournament.
