Gwyneth Paltrow Jokes She’s ‘One of the Original Nepo Babies’

Gwyneth Paltrow, the daughter of actress Blythe Danner and film producer and director Bruce, has acknowledged her "nepo baby" status during a speech at the 2026 New York Women in Film & Television Muse Awards. She joked that she was lucky to be given opportunities early on, possibly due to her early success. She also shared her gratitude for her mother, 83-year-old Danner, who influenced her career. Gwyneth also mentioned her support from her husband, TV and film executive Brad Falchuk, and her son, Moses Martin.
