The long awaited Punisher special, set to debut on Disney Plus, has been given a new title and release date. The film will be directed by Reinaldo Marcus Green and will also feature Jason R. Moore from the Punisher series. The release date is one week after the Daredevil: Born Again season 2 finale. It is unclear how the special fits into the Marvel timeline, but it is likely to be seen as a precursor to Bernthal's appearance in Spider-Man:
