Arrest made in 2023 Cocoa cold case murder investigation

The Brevard County Sheriff's Office has arrested 37-year-old Tavery Houston for the 2023 death of Franklin Orwig. The shooting occurred at a home in Cocoa in August 2023. The suspect was also known as "couche," and investigators found evidence indicating he planned and executed the shooting due to a financial disagreement.
