North Dakota couple Spencer Eddy and Jolene Eddy, both of whom have been diagnosed with cancer at the same time, are living a "nightmare" while simultaneously dealing with both diagnoses. Spencer, who had been dizzy for years, was diagnosed with a brain tumor in 2024 and underwent a 10-hour surgery to remove 85% of the tumor, which required speech and physical therapy, and numerous rounds of radiation and chemotherapy. Jolene also received her own cancer diagnosis in 2025, given hormone blockers and a double mastectomy while Spencer was still undergoing chemotherapy. Despite these challenges, the couple remain positive about their health and are optimistic about their future.
