The claim that celebrities including Cher, Pink, Tom Hanks, and at least 19 sports and entertainment celebrities warned about President Donald Trump's potential for a third term came from a Vietnam-based spam factory using AI tools. The claims were found on at least 22 Facebook fan pages managed from Vietnam, including a post about singer Stevie Nicks. The claim was based on a real interview with actor Robert De Niro, which was recorded on the "The Best People with Nicolle Wallace" podcast. The fake posts were shared by nearly 22 different entertainment and sports celebrities, including A Life in Roles, Acoustic Highway, Blue Roar Lions, Buffs Spirit United, Cinema With Heart, Country Love Lives On, Dark Rock Siren, Dozen Hurricane, Echoes of Country, and International Vibes.
