East Granby Man Charged After Wrong-Way Drive, State Police Say

A 55-year-old man from East Granby, Connecticut, was arrested after driving the wrong way on Interstate 91 and refusing to stop. The driver was identified as Kyle David Bishop. He was charged with reckless driving, disobeying the signal of an officer, operating under the influence of alcohol or drugs, and reckless endangerment.
