Aave DAO Supports V4 Rollout Plan in Snapshot Vote

Aave's decentralized autonomous organization, the DAO, has endorsed a proposal to move its V4 protocol towards deployment on the mainnet of the Ethereum mainnet. The vote indicates broader support for the upgrade following weeks of governance tension and contributor exits. The proposal is expected to advance towards an Aave Improvement Proposal (AIP) vote, a binding onchain vote that would allow the protocol to deploy and activate V4 on the Ethereum. V4, proposed by Aave Labs on March 19, includes a more modular protocol design that separate liquidity from market-specific risk.
