Flood Watch issued as strong storms, heavy rain threaten SE Michigan through Thursday

A Flood Watch has been issued in place for SE Michigan from 8 p.m. to 12 p.M. for the most severe storms, with heavy rain expected to fall through the night. The Storm Prediction Center has upped the risk of storms to a level 3 Enhanced Risk, which is higher than usual. All severe weather threats are expected to include high winds, hail, flooding, and an isolated tornado risk. Additionally, multiple chances of rain on both Wednesday and Thursday are expected.
