Former CNN anchor Don Lemon has signed a three-year hosting and advertising deal with Libsyn for his podcast and affiliated shows. The deal will allow Libsyn to monetize Lemon's flagship audio and video podcast, The Don Lemon Show, as well as his companion shows, Lemon Live at 5, Hot Topics and Lemon Drop. The move is part of Lemon's strategy to bring more shows, hosted by other creators, and broaden distribution to platforms like MS NOW or FAST channels. The new deal is expected to help bring in more adinfrastructure for Lemon's growing audience. Lemon also plans to bring in speaking engagements and a daily newsletter on Substack. He has pleaded not guilty to federal civil rights charges related to his show's broadcast during an anti-ICE protest.
