Plane piloted by student crashes at Aurora Municipal Airport

A student pilot accidentally landed his plane on Runway 9 at the Aurora Municipal Airport near Sugar Grove, Illinois, causing minor damage. The student was the sole occupant of the aircraft and an instructor was observing from the ground. The Federal Aviation Administration is investigating the incident.
