Lisa Kudrow, the star of "Friends" during her 10-season run on the NBC sitcom, has revealed that the writing staff of the show were mostly men who spent late nights fantasizing about her female co-stars. She described the writers' treatment of the cast as "brutal," but said she didn't notice them since most of their illicit behavior was behind closed doors. The behavior of the writing team was exposed in the early 2000s by Amaani Lyle, who brought a lawsuit against Warner Bros. Television for making sexual and racist remarks during her time on "Friends". The Supreme Court ruled against Lyle's claim that the behavior was necessary part of the work environment.
