Judge sentences man to 21 years to life for AutoZone shooting death

A judge has sentenced Kyle Capucci to 21 years to life in prison for the murder of 21-year-old David Carcamo. This comes after Capucci pleaded guilty to murder with a deadly weapon in May 2025. Carcamea was acting erratically when he was approached by an employee and then attacked him with a gun. After a struggle, Cappuci grabbed the gun and shot Carcample dead.
