Bucks County Hits $3M Milestone In Recovering Delinquent Court Costs

The Bucks County Clerk of Courts Office has successfully recovered over $3 million in outstanding court-related debts since its inception in 2020. The Delinquency Recovery Program identifies and recovers unpaid court fines, fees and restitution through targeted outreach, payment plans, and improved case tracking. The funds recovered through the program support the operation of the courts and other essential services tied to the criminal justice system.
