Cleveland Police need help finding missing, endangered 16-year-old with autism

The Cleveland Division of Police is seeking help finding 16-year-old Joseph Rice, who has been missing since April 8 and is believed to have run away from home. He was last seen wearing a pink jogging suit and carrying a red, white, and black Jordan backpack. Police say he does not have access to his prescribed medications.
