UTEP begins spring football practices

The University of Texas Football Association (PFA) has begun its spring football practices. The team is preparing for its first season in the Mountain West Conference, with three of its four players joining from the University of the Incarnate Word. The first game will be held at the Sun Bowl on Saturday.
