AI content in Apple Music can be properly labeled, if distributors so choose

Apple has introduced optional AI-disclosure tags for distributors and record labels in its Apple Music app, allowing AI-generated content in the app to be more easily identified. These tags, which cover various aspects of any song, include the Track tag, Composition tag, and Music Video label. However, these tags do not apply to all music content created using AI technology. Apple believes these tags are a first step towards transparency in the music industry, and it may require more stringent requirements regarding the use of AI in Apple Music. Other music streaming platforms, like Deezer, have already implemented an automated AI-detection system.
