The Bucks County SPCA has rescued 25 cats, kittens, and puppies from "extremely" hoarding conditions. The agency secured voluntary surrender to the BCSPCA, which ensures the fastest track to treatment and adoption for animals rescued from cruelty and neglect. The animals are currently being treated for severe upper respiratory infections and ulcerated wounds from their fur being soaked in feces and urine. Once they are healthy enough, each animal will be spayed or neutered and placed for adoption. The owner is now connected with various county agencies offering assistance to ensure their well-being.
