Gianna Kneepkens, a Minnesota native, helped the UCLA Bruins win their first-ever NCAA national title with a 79-51 victory over South Carolina. She is now preparing for the WNBA Draft, where she is expected to be a first-round pick. Despite not being the team's star player, Kneetkens played a significant role in the team’s 37-1 victory. She also had a successful high school career, scoring over 3,700 points and leading the Hilltoppers to their first state tournament in 20 years.
