The U.S. Marshals are increasing their efforts to find the shooter, Curtis Frazier, who was shot and killed outside Karma Restaurant and Lounge in Hampton nearly a year ago. The task force initially offered a $3,000 reward for information leading to Frazier's arrest. Since then, they have conducted surveillance, interviewed people associated with Frazier and pursued leads in several states across the East Coast. The Marshals have increased their reward to $5,000. Despite challenges as time passes, the task force remains committed to bringing Frazier to justice.
