Ian McKidd's Ferryman Films has secured a co-produce deal with STV Studios, which owns the likes of Patrick Melrose and Two Cities Television. The first project will be an exclusive book option of William Shaw's crime thriller The Red Shore, which will be developed for screen. McKidd, known for his roles in Grey's Anatomy and Trainspotting, aims to create distinctive, character-led stories that can connect globally. The partnership aligns with the same vision for original, high-quality drama with global resonance.
