Unruly horn causes 11-minute delay in Illinois vs. Iowa Elite Eight game inside Houston's Toyota Center

The first-half game between No. 3 and No. 9 seed Iowa was disrupted by a faulty horn at the Toyota Center in Houston. The delay was so long that both teams began shooting to stay loose. The replacement horn was made out of metal.
