The Super Mario Galaxy Movie, a sequel to the movie that grossed $1.3 billion, has received mixed reviews. Despite the film's animation being praised for its appeal to non-hardcore sci-fi fans, there are few Easter eggs and plenty of action sequences. The only real standouts are Anya Taylor Joy and Keegan-Michael Key as Toad.
