The House of Representatives is considering funding the TSA and most of Homeland Security, pending a resolution. Long security lines have been causing long delays at airports across the country. Passengers are calling for a resolution, with passengers calling for the payback of TSA agents. If approved by the House, the money would be used to pay for various departments including the Federal Emergency Management Agency, the Coast Guard and TSA, but without funding for Immigration and Customs Enforcement. Democrats argue that GOP proposals do not go far enough towards protecting federal agents involved in immigration sweeps. They want federal agents from ICE, Customs and Border Protection, and other federal agencies to wear identification, remove their face masks, and refrain from conducting raids around sensitive places.
