Fights erupt at Palatka Junior-Senior High after field trip focused on mental health

Several fights broke out at Palatka Junior-Senior High School in Florida after students returned from a mental health summit. The Putnam County Sheriff's Office responded to the violence around 8:30 p.m. as students exited buses following the Be Brave Summit. The fights may have been triggered by earlier fights. No charges were filed. The sheriff's office has urged parents and guardians to stay involved in their students' affairs.
