Wesley Han, a nonbinary actor who has appeared in several films including Power Book II: Ghost, Russian Doll, and Awkwafina Is Nora From Queens, has filed a discrimination lawsuit against the Soho Grand Hotel in New York alleging that security removed Han from the women's restroom during a private event on March 5. Han alleges that security guard, who was dressed in a feminine outfit, entered the women’s room and instructed Han to leave the stall, but their request to wash their hands was denied and Han was escorted to the men's restroom instead. The lawsuit alleges that Han suffered humiliation, embarrassment, emotional distress, and other compensatory damages.
