“Yellowstone” actor Luke Grimes has spoken out about the death of his fictional wife, Monica Asbille, in the spinoff show, “Marshals.” Grimes, who played Kayce Dutton in the hit Taylor Sheridan ranch drama “YellowStone,” stars in the show’s first spinoff. The series premiere revealed that Monica had died offscreen after the events of "Yellowstone." Series creator Spencer Hudnut said the show gave Kayce and Monica a "beautiful" ending and tied her death to a real-life issue related to high cancer rates. However, Grimes stated he was heartbroken and had a positive conversation with actress Kelsey Andille about the decision to kill off Monica.
