Dashcam captures meteor soaring over Corby

A driver, Eleanor Higgs, witnessed a "huge" meteor soaring over the A43 near Corby, England, on Monday, while driving. The UK Meteor Observation Network confirmed that this was one of several sightings reported in eastern England, including in East Anglia, Lincolnshire, and East Yorkshire. The meteor was described as a "smallish meteor", travelling at approximately 35,000mph (56,000km/h) and was not linked to any meteor shower.
