Bergen County Singer Will Face The Music When 'American Idol' Airs On Live TV Monday

Recent Rutgers graduate Jake Thistle, who grew up in Paramus, will be on the live episode of American Idol, where viewers will vote on whether he will continue on future episodes. The remaining 20 singers have been assigned to perform a "Song of faith" by John Hiatt. Thistle is hopeful about moving forward, stating that it has been an honor to perform in front of an audience. The show airs on ABC at 8 p.m.
