TIME magazine has revealed its 2026 edition of the magazine's travel guide, with a list of destinations nominated by its international network. The list includes new museums, off-grid farm stays, new nature reserves, and underwater sculpture parks. The Grand Egyptian Museum in Cairo, which was completed in 2025, is home to a collection of 15,000 cultural artefacts. The Murujuga Cultural Landscape in Japan, which earned UNESCO World Heritage status in 2025 and is home for a collection that dates back up to 50,000 years, is also included in the list. The magazine also highlighted a four-day solar eclipse festival in Iceland and the world’s first sperm whale reserve in Dominica.
