Real estate broker George Pino is facing charges of manslaughter and vessel homicide for a 2022 boat crash that killed 17-year-old Lucy Fernandez and seriously injured a teenage girl. Pino's attorneys are expected to present evidence proving a traumatic brain injury that led to him developing amnesia and false memories about the incident. The trial is set to begin in June.
