The Dallas Cowboys have selected linebacker Jaishawn Barham from the University of Michigan with the No. 92 overall pick in the third round of the NFL Draft. Barham, who spent his college career at Maryland before transferring to Michigan, demonstrated his ability as a hybrid linebacker and pass rusher with impact potential at multiple positions in a defensive front. As a freshman in 2022, Barham led Maryland with 6.5 tackles for loss and tied for the team lead with four sacks. He also earned Freshman All-American honors as a freshman and was named honorable mention All-Big Ten in 2022 and 2025 respectively. Despite his impressive athletic build and ability to defeat blocks with quickness and strength, he remains raw as a pass rusher and needs to improve his discipline and consistency.
