Makiki stabbing suspect allegedly confessed to family member, police say

Sinaleen Joseph, the 23-year-old woman accused of murdering Keisar Ekiek in Makiki, allegedly confessed to the crime to a family member. The victim was found dead with multiple stab wounds to his face, head, and chest on Friday, March 27. Joseph was arrested on suspicion of second-degree murder and released on bail. Police records showed a domestic argument case linked to Joseph and he was brought in for questioning. An autopsy revealed that Ekiec sustained seven “sharp force wounds to the chest” and his manner of death was ruled as a homicide.
