The Pentagon's "Operation Epic Fury" targeted cities including Tehran, killing both civilians and U.S. military personnel, and injuring hundreds of people. The Wyckoff Police Department posted a similar message to other local law enforcement agencies, stating they are monitoring the situation closely and taking precautionary steps to protect communities across the region. The governor of New Jersey, Gov. Mikie Sherrée, stated that while there is no known threat to New Jersey regarding the situation, he is working closely with state officials and other law enforcement leaders to increase patrols at houses of worship and other sensitive sites.
