Six Ravens, a new brand from Gideon’s Bakehouse, soft opens Monday at Disney Springs

Six Ravens, a new concept from Gideon's Bakehouse, is set to soft open its doors at Disney Springs on Monday (Aug. 3), just a few doors down from Gideon’s Bakehouse. The small shop will feature new offerings, including hand pie-like sandwiches and housemade yeast rolls. Founder Steve Lewis believes the concept of Six Ravens is about supporting local fare and highlighting different local restaurants. Collaborations include Red Panda Noodle, Pizza Bruno, Smoke & Donuts, Pink Salamander and Papi's Burritos. While the focus on savory is on the savory side, the dessert side of Six Raven will be more tart-based.
