5 Lanes Of Capital Beltway Blocked Due To Multi-Vehicle Crash

A multi-vehicle crash is causing delays of about 3 miles on southbound Interstate 495 near the intersection of the highway. The five left southbound lanes of the Outer Loop were blocked past Exit 54/Braddock Road (AV-620), with one lane of traffic able to pass. The incident occurred around 3 p.m.
